Welcome to FFLStockSwap! This guide will walk you through the dashboard of FFLStockSwap.

THE LOGIN SCREEN
To log into the platform, you can click the orange button at the top-right corner of our homepage:
This is the login page:
On this page, enter your username and password. Your username is the email address you used to register your account.
PRO TIPS
If you use bookmarks in your web browser, you should bookmark this page so you can get back to it quickly. If you don’t know what a bookmark is but think it sounds like a good idea, go find someone struggling to grow a full beard and ask them for help.
Using a unique password for this website might be annoying, but we think it’s a good idea. This isn’t a platform we want people to access if some credit card company can’t manage to keep their user information out of the hands of the Russians or the Chinese.
Once you’ve entered your information, click the login button.
YOUR FFLSTOCKSWAP DASHBOARD
This screen is your home base with the FFLStockSwap platform. Let’s look at the big stuff first. The + Add New Listing button is your starting point for adding a new product to My Inventory on FFLStockSwap. This is the inventory you have listed on the site that you’re saying is available for swap.
Next is Marketplace. This is where you’ll find all of the inventory that other dealers have listed on FFLStockSwap. Here, you can search for products that you’re trying to stock and start making swap offers.
The third button is View My Swaps. This is where you’ll be able to review all of your Pending, Sent, Accepted, and Declined swaps. If you have swaps that you need to take action on, this is where you’ll find them.
Last but not least is our Membership interface. On this page is everything else, including:
Company Page – An important link to copy! This page shows all the details about your company. If you need a quick way to send another user a link to see only your inventory, this is the way to do it.
Company Details – This is the page where you can update some of your company information. The system will allow you to change your company name, but please note that your company name needs to be a real close match to your FFL company name.

Not Okay: Joe’s Custom Guns, LLC is changed to Jimbo’s Gun Emporium Deluxe
Account Details – This is where you can update the first and last name for the user on the account. This isn’t something you’ll commonly use, but if the person you had doing this leaves and you assign it to someone else, it can come in handy.
Membership – This is where you’ll have the ability to upgrade or downgrade your membership. If you want to more about when and how you can upgrade or downgrade, check out our FAQs. Short version, it’s pretty standard stuff.
Address – This is where your billing address information lives. Your FFL address that shows to other users isn’t updated here, it’s updated under Company Details.
Payment Methods – When you need to update or change a credit card, this is where you do it.
Logout – This is where you can log out of the platform. Again, the tech nerds on our team think you probably should when you’re not using the platform, even though it annoys our user engagement faction.
