Once a swap is accepted, the exchange should happen offline. You’ll receive an email upon mutual acceptance of a swap confirming acceptance and listing the other party’s phone number and mailing address.
How you and the other party work out shipment, any cash payments or other details is entirely up to you. We recommend a good, old-fashioned phone call. There are two other features to point out here:
PRINT RECEIPT
You can print or create a PDF of your swap to use to help you fulfill the order. This receipt contains the pertinent details of what’s included in the swap.
LEAVE REVIEW
After seven days, you’ll receive an email asking you to review the swap. You can see the questions outline above, but for more information on our review system, we recommend our Suggested Swapping Practices guide.
